Description

Upon initializing a new session, the environment fails to pre-load the codebase repository files and pull requests (PRs). This lack of state retention prevents direct referencing of specific code files and line numbers. Consequently, it forces manual re-injection of context, which artificially inflates token consumption and reduces overall prompt efficiency.

Research direction

Start at the /chat path and reproduce session initialization with a repository that has pull requests. Investigate how a new session receives repository files and PR state; no source files or tests are named in the report. Done means a new session can reference the codebase files and pull requests without manually re-injecting context.
