File view does not show local files but only remote or comitted ones

Maybe we can have a switch for the file view? E.g. generated artifacts which are not supposed to be commited should be ready for inspection, e.g. opening outside of the App - like in Codex Desktop app.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the desktop app's file-view implementation and checking how it filters remote or committed files. Done means local and generated artifacts can be inspected in the file view, with a switch or equivalent behavior defined by the issue.
