[Request] Open VSCode as Workspace

A new button to open VSCode instantly as a workspace

### What problem are you trying to solve?

Currently i need to use the open VSCode Button, wait for t he message "this folder contains a workspace file... Do you want to open it?", i click on "Open Workspace" and need to wait again for loading.

We could skip that if it would be possible to open the workspace directly from the copilot app.

Beginne damit, den vorhandenen Open VSCode-Button und den Ablauf zu finden, der eine Workspace-Datei verarbeitet. Prüfe, wie die Copilot-App VSCode startet und wo die Aufforderung zum Öffnen des Workspace ausgelöst wird.
