The credits plan percentage would be better located in the top bar, just before the Run, Open ... actions., It could look like a progress bar. As it is cross-session info rather than session related it is better to have it always visible at the top.

Start at the /chat view and inspect the top bar around the Run and Open actions. Move the credits plan percentage into that top bar as an always-visible progress bar, then verify it appears as cross-session information rather than session-specific content.
