When asking the agent to edit code, it frequently commit and push to the remote repo without asking for explicit permission. This is concerning when working in public repos where it may accidentally make undesirable content publicly accessible. I am fine with the agent auto committing changes. I don't think it should push without giving the user a chance to review the changes.

Start from the /chat flow and reproduce an agent request to edit code in the GitHub app on macOS. Preserve automatic commits, but require explicit user permission before pushing to the remote; verify that the push does not occur until permission is given.
