When rednering the plan in the canvase view it doesn't exit the first codeblock that is rendered.

The markdown renders fine until the first code block and then after that block the reset of the file is rendered as if it is in a codeblock without proper markdown formating

首先，使用报告中的 app 版本以及（如果有）GitHub 主题，在 canvas view 中通过一个包含 markdown code block、后跟普通 markdown 的 plan 来复现该问题。比较第一个 code block 前后的渲染结果；当代码块之后的内容被渲染为普通 markdown，而不是继续保留在 code block 内时，即表示完成。
