GitHub Actions tab missing

would love to be able to see github actions in a tab , maybe on the right side with (terminal, files, ...)

Start by examining the desktop app's /chat view and how the existing terminal and files tabs are exposed. Clarify the GitHub Actions data, interactions, and placement needed before implementation. Done means the requested Actions tab is available beside the existing tabs and its intended behavior is verified.
