If I open ghc app from ghc cli (via /app) in an existing sessions, I'd expect the app to open with such session. It doesn't.

(the repo doesn't have gh presence, it's ado repo, but that shouldn't have any impact)

Reproduce the issue by opening the app with /app from the ghc CLI while an existing session is active. Trace how the CLI launch communicates session context to the desktop app. Done means /app opens the existing session, including when the repository is hosted outside GitHub.
