I cannot see the models anymore.

I cannot see the models anymore. It defaults to Auto and when clicking on All models it doesn't show me anything :) We need to re-enable the ability to have transparency and choice in the LLM

Start by reproducing the issue in the desktop app at /chat using version 1.0.21 on macOS, focusing on the All models control after the default selection shows Auto. Trace the model-selection entry point and determine why the list is empty. Done means the All models view displays the available models and allows a user to choose one.
