Configure path for worktrees, independent of repo location

I need to configure where worktrees and repos are located, independent of each other.

So my repos are under `~/code/org-name/repo-name`

and worktrees under `~/worktrees/org-name/repo-name/branch-name-derived-worktree-name`.

This is company policy, so hard to use without this.

Today I'm using Worktrunk (https://worktrunk.dev/config/#worktree-path-template) where this is configurable. Maybe you can just copy that structure/setup, with template variables for customization?

No repository files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the app's repository and worktree path configuration, then review how paths are currently derived. Done means users can independently configure repository and worktree locations with template variables matching the requested organization, repository, and branch-based structure.
