### What problem are you trying to solve?

Thousands of customers use [DevPods](https://devpod.sh/) which are accessable only over webversion of vscode or over ssh. Bringing Devs and none devs back to their Desktop to do dev does not make sense.

The Github Copilot app should provide a webversion like [vscode webversion](https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/vscode-web) which allows to work on the DevPod with multiple sessions and multi repositories.
This approach allows to have a clear and secure DevPod boundary, and no need to harden the Github Copilot app for windows setups.

### Proposed solution

Provide Github Copilot App as webserver version to be deployed on remote host, so that it can be used in standardized development environments like DevPods.
