Idea - some kind of scratch / todo notes or something somewhere in app?

I often have this experience where I am working on a feature with the AI and I spot like 3-4 things I want to adjust, but I want to finish what its currently working on. I can't start new sessions because they are continuations on top of what we are currently doing. and I i try to inline steer the AI or give 3-4 things for follow-up it can sidetrack the AI where it doesn't actually finish the original task or just skips the end of it, thinking the new steering feedback should just take priority. Or for other reasons, I just dont want to interrupt the flow and context of the current job.

So I have sometimes had this context sitting in my mind, or maybe ill open notepad and jot down a few things "for later". But this flow keeps happening where these items are not big enough to be a whole new "work item" or anyting formalized, just like contextual TODOs but where I don't necessarily want them in the context yet.

IDK if any sort of "notes" UI feature could make sense in this tool, or if the TODO asset thing could be made user-editable? Anyway just flagging this user experience and maybe it incites an idea.

Rechercherichtung

Start by reviewing the /chat experience and the described workflow of collecting follow-up items without interrupting the current task. Compare a scratch-notes UI with making TODO assets user-editable, then define one focused behavior and how users would know notes are saved, deferred, and later actionable.
