I have 2 projects, one is a local repo.

I have 2 projects, one is a local repo... let's call it "foo".
I have another project that is a github project that is also called "foo".

The app at least adds the org prefix to the github one.
However, in order to differintiate them better I want to change the color of one.
Changing the color of one changes both (but not other projects that aren't named the same).

Reproduce the issue in the GitHub app using a local repository and a GitHub repository with the same name, as described for app version 1.0.17 on NixOS. Trace how project identity is associated with its color; done means changing one same-named project's color no longer changes the other.
