[Feature Request] Remote Repo Home Page

### Feature summary

Display a home page of repo info and metadata when it is a remote GitHub repo I send

### What problem are you trying to solve?

I want to be able to click on a repo and get it's high level info, maybe the README, directly from the GitHub App. See things like deployment status, details in case I want to click on the app's link, and other repo information like security posture. Doesn't have to be too detailed, but this would make the GitHub App feel like a home base rather than just an agent command center
