The "Changes" panel no longer shows any dropdown to choose between Committed/Uncommitted/Latest, and as a result there's literally 0 visible changes now because the working tree is clear. Meaning it's impossible for you to actually read and review the previous commits and changes that were made in this worktree/branch.

Reproduce the issue in the GitHub app v1.0.16 on Windows 10 from the /chat path, with a clear working tree and prior commits. Inspect the Changes panel and its committed, uncommitted, and latest views; done means the dropdown is visible and previous changes can be reviewed when the working tree is clean.
