[Bugs] Sidebar repo customization leaks to another repo with the same folder name

When I customize the name or color of a project, the customization leaks to different projects with the same top level folder name.

For example - I have omr1/src as one repo, and omr2/src as a second, different repo. But their name / color customizations get incorrectly shared.

Here I only customized omr2 - notice both are red now.

I'm guessing the bug is that only the top level folder name is considered when matching where customizations get applied.

Reproduce the issue with two repositories such as omr1/src and omr2/src, then trace how sidebar name and color customizations identify repositories. Done means changing the customization for one repository no longer changes another repository with the same top-level folder name.
