In the web version of GitHub pull requests, there is a helpful “Group by Copilot” feature that organizes and summarizes PR feedback.

It would be great to have a similar summary/grouping option available in the open sidebar view as well. This could improve navigation and make it easier to review Copilot-generated comments and suggestions without switching contexts.

Suggested Improvement:
- Add a “Group by Copilot” toggle or summary mode in the sidebar view
- Preserve the same grouping behavior and UX consistency as the web PR experience
- Make grouped summaries collapsible for easier scanning

Why this would help:
- Faster review workflow
- Better visibility into Copilot suggestions
- Improved consistency between the web PR view and sidebar experience
