The MCP Servers registered are not successfully registering (or not showing as so) in the UI. They are just spinning. This behaviour has only begun in the past week. Prior to this if there was an issue the MCP entry would say failed or succeed. This is not a networking issue as the same MCPs are working successfully in VS Code
