When working without worktrees and choosing "Local" for where to run the session, the system instructions end up saying that the current working directory is "/", rather than the directory of the project that I'm working on.

在不使用 worktree 并选择 Local 的情况下重现会话设置，然后追踪系统指令在哪一处确定当前工作目录。在报告的应用版本下于 macOS 上确认该行为；当指令使用项目目录而不是 "/" 时，即表示完成。
