### What happened?
App is acting as if dialog box/modal has not been dismissed. As a result the app is useless.
Edition Windows 11 Enterprise
Version 23H2
Installed on 11/29/2024
OS build 22631.7219
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1108.0
### Steps to reproduce
Asked it to Create a canvas for me, which it did. I noticed that some of the features in the HTML needed to be fixed so I asked it to fix it. From there a Copilot Desktop Dialog box let me know that the work was finished. X out of the box and the app still thinks that there is a dialog box. No matter if I kill the process its acting as if the alert has not been dismissed. If I restart, same issue.
### Expected behavior
Not to act like a dialog is there when there is no dialog.

Research direction
Reproduce this on Windows 11 with version 1.0.9 by creating a canvas, asking to fix its HTML, dismissing the Copilot Desktop dialog, and restarting the app. There is no file or entry point named; done means the app no longer behaves as though the dialog remains after dismissal, process termination, or restart.
