BYOK in Microsoft Foundry only works with certain models

### What happened?

I'm connecting my Microsoft Foundry resource where I've deployed several models. I've deployed:

when I use gpt-5, all works as expected. However, when I use gpt-5.3-codex I get the following error:

I have tried the different models in the foundry playgrounds and they work as expected.

### Steps to reproduce

- Setup Microsoft foundry model provider
- deploy different models like gpt-5.3-codex
- attempt to make any sort of chat

### Expected behavior

Should work with different models besides gpt-5
