Button to go to linked issue to PR

In the browser I can get to the linked issue this PR addresses from the Overview page and it's of course important sometimes to refer to the original requirement during the review.
And issue can be already viewed in the app so it would synergize nicely.

Start at the pull request Overview page in the desktop app, using the browser behavior described in the issue as the reference. Trace how linked issues are represented and how the app opens an issue, then add a way to navigate from the PR to its linked issue. Done means the button is available when a linked issue exists and opens that issue in the app.
