On startup, when a custom sound has been set for session completion and needs input, the sound effect is played by the Copilot App, but I also receive a notification from PowerShell that Copilot needs input, etc. Only Windows reads that message with TTS.

So essentially I'm enjoying Alan Rickman telling me he needs more info, but less so because I'm having to hear Windows TTS tell me as well.

Reproduce the startup flow at the /chat path on Windows with a custom session-completion sound and a session that needs input. Check how the Copilot App sound and the PowerShell notification are triggered. Done means the custom sound still plays without Windows TTS duplicating the message.
