When using the inline prompt in the changes window. If the uncommited change is longer than window height the inline prompt is forced off screen with every key press.

Start at the /chat changes window and reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with an uncommitted change taller than the window. Trace what happens to the inline prompt after each key press. Done means the prompt remains visible and usable while editing long changes.
