When running many subagents (even in different rounds) expanding the background agents list doesn't let me scroll, so if the number is larger than it can be fit on the screen, I can't select the latest agents.

Reproduce the issue on the /chat path with many subagents across different rounds on Windows 10, then inspect the background agents list behavior. Done means the expanded list can scroll when it exceeds the available screen space and the latest agents can be selected.
