Description

### Feature summary

Show project-filtered automations in the existing or an additional ▷ Run dropdown

### What problem are you trying to solve?

Automations are only accessible from the global Automations sidebar — I have to leave my session context to find and trigger project-specific automations.

### Proposed solution

Show project-filtered automations in the existing or a separated ▷ Run dropdown (next to scripts), so I can trigger them with one click — same UX pattern, no context switch.

### Workflow impact

Project-scoped automations in the Run dropdown would improve the Copilot App workflow by letting developers trigger recurring tasks (formatting, running tests, smart commits) with one click right where they work — no context switch to a global menu required.

### Installation context
