Description
### Short summary
Cannot access special symbols when using nvim in the integrated terminal.
### Affected version or release
v0.2.32
### Installation context
_No response_
### What happened?
I cannot type any of the special character associated with the number keys when I run nvim in the integrated terminal. All other shift modifiers seem to work. Affected symbols: `!@#%^&*()`. Could not reproduce in dedicated terminals or editors such as kitty and vscode.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open a project
2. Open a terminal pane
3. Invoke nvim
4. Type SHIFT+<0-9>
### Expected behavior
Expect normal mapping of SHIFT+ keys.
### Additional context
- nvim v0.12.0
- MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1
