skill names should be prefixed w/ their containing plugins.
You appear to be showing me all the skills for every plugin I have installed in the CLI, but without the plugin name associated I can't confirm this at all.
Ultimately this app should also serve as the configuration UI for the CLI, with both behaving the same.
