Need to be able to filter issues in "My work" by title

Need to be able to filter issues in "My work" by title to see list of issues that need my attention

### What problem are you trying to solve?

Currently "My work" has a number of filters for issues, but not title. When my agent runs it generates a lot of "Deployment Validation: ...", "Deployment: ..." "Build: ...", "CI: ...", "Discovery: ...", and other issues. I don't mind that these issues exist, but I don't need to look at them - they are for agent use only.

I could find issues opened by other people by filtering myself as the author, but I open most of the issues in this repo.
There aren't any filterable properties set by the agent.

I need the ability to add multiple filter rules for the title so I can exclude all of these, or the agent needs to automatically set some other filterable property for this class of issue.

I don't want the agent to set the same property on every issue it creates because sometimes I'll tell the agent to create new issues that I can follow up on and I don't want those issues filtered from "My work"

Start by locating the My work issue filters and reviewing how their current rules are represented. Define and implement title-based filtering that supports multiple rules, then verify that matching issues are excluded while issues the user wants to follow remain visible.
