[Feature request] Port to PenPot

Figma's fine, but this should also be in penpot.app

### More details about the feature

Lots of folks use Figma, but we should be encourage folks to use more open tools such as https://penpot.app

It would be terrific if this were available in both.

Start by reviewing the existing Figma asset library and its organization in the repository. Determine the scope of porting the components and annotations to PenPot, then confirm that the resulting assets are available in both Figma and PenPot.
