Default license

Currently MVG inserts MIT as a default license chosen for the project's content (vs a CC license applying to MVG itself).

I think that's going to lead to surprises later on and the example license file should go more out of its way to flag its just an example.

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating where the default MIT license and example license file are defined, then verify the example is clearly identified as an example and the default choice is not misleading; use the repository’s existing checks to confirm the documentation change.
