Retrieving Xcode+CopilotForXcode on HoldCmd+Tab

So maybe I haven’t set it up properly but currently when I switch e.g. from Chrome to Xcode using HoldCmd+Tab, I see only Xcode’s window, and Im not even able to open CopilotForXcode using this combination.

I am only able to retrieve back Xcode’s window along with CopilotForXcode by manually clicking both items in the Dock.

Are there any settings or hotkeys to make this work instantly? I want to switch between windows easily without using the mouse at all.
