Inconsistent and Poor Quality Auto-Generated Comments by GitHub Copilot for Xcode

### Description
I am experiencing an issue with GitHub Copilot for Xcode where the auto-generated comments for my class are inconsistent and of poor quality. When I press `//` to generate a comment, the output is not satisfactory and varies each time. Additionally, when I press `//` at the class level, it does not automatically read the entire code and summarize the appropriate comment.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Open a class file in Xcode.
2. Place the cursor at the desired location for a comment.
3. Press `//` to generate a comment using GitHub Copilot.
4. Observe the generated comment.

### Expected Behavior
- The generated comment should be consistent and of high quality.
- When generating a comment at the class level, GitHub Copilot should read the entire code and provide a summarized comment.

### Actual Behavior
- The generated comments are inconsistent and of poor quality.
- At the class level, GitHub Copilot does not read the entire code to provide a summarized comment.
