when i am clicking on any one of my achievements then the one selected on hovering over it is not showing any transition look into it.

Start by reproducing the achievement hover issue shown in the attached image, then trace the achievement UI entry point and its click and hover behavior. Done means selecting an achievement still allows the hovered item to display its intended transition.
