Unable to access a label's 'description' property from the response data object.

Hi, I'm trying to access the label description using the v3 API. I am able to get all labels but I don't see the description property in the response data object.

Is the 'description' property deprecated?

Start by reproducing the v3 labels request in the github-tools/github wrapper and inspect the returned label object for description. Compare the wrapper response with the API response; done means determining whether description is intentionally omitted or restoring access to it and documenting the result.
