how to use without node for browser extension/ add Ons ?

I want to use this js wrapper for a chrome extension but while using binaries or bundled version I'm getting errors getting errors.
This is an HTML file, please help me here.

Start with the HTML example in the issue and the bundled browser script loaded from unpkg. Check how the wrapper is expected to load in a Chrome extension without Node, and reproduce the reported errors. Done means the bundle loads in the extension and the shown notifications request works without require().
