Start by loading test.html with the referenced GitHub.bundle.min.js in Chrome and trace the failure from base64.js:89 through Requestable.js, Gist.js, and GitHub.js. Check whether the bundle can initialize without the reported regular-expression error; done means GitHub is defined and the console no longer shows these errors.
