Is there any option that make release notes include assignee?
If not, What do you think adding that option?

Thank you for really nice module.

Issue 中没有标识出文件、测试或入口点。首先定位 release note 生成入口点，并确定 assignee 信息应如何出现在生成的说明中；当所请求的选项具有明确定义的格式和已文档化的行为时，即视为完成。
