Ask for rating via CLI (?)

Don't know whether this is a good idea or not but might be an idea to ask for a ⭐️ via the CLI after a number of usages.

The issue does not name a file, command, or test. Start by locating the CLI entry point and how usage counts are tracked, then clarify when and how a star request should appear; done would require an agreed trigger and tested CLI behavior.
