### Problem Statement
In https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-python/issues/988#issuecomment-1213193862 a user provides a screenshot with a "Missing instrumentation" notice that is likely related to a problem with our boto3 instrumentation.
The line that fires could be [this one](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-python/blob/master/sentry_sdk/integrations/boto3.py#L22).
