Add E2E test for cloudflare+workers-ai

We want to test, with a real cloudflare account, that workers-ai instrumentation actually works.

Start by locating the existing E2E test setup and the Workers AI instrumentation entry point in the TypeScript SDK. Run the test with a real Cloudflare account and verify that Workers AI instrumentation produces the expected Sentry data; the issue does not name specific files or test commands.
