Port deno-integration-tests to span streaming

Port `dev-packages/deno-integration-tests` to span streaming. Span streaming is the default, so every suite that still pins `traceLifecycle: 'static'` covers behaviour we no longer ship.

## Scope

* 51 `traceLifecycle: 'static'` pins across 26 files, mostly the `orchestrion-*` suites plus `deno-serve-request-bodies`
* No `-streamed` twins exist, so every suite needs a real rewrite

## Why this package is different

These suites do not go through the event proxy. They assert through the `transactionSink()` helper wired into `beforeSendTransaction` in `src/index.ts`, so the port is a harness change first and a spec rewrite second.

## Keep static trace lifecycle coverage

Keep one suite on the static pin as a guard rather than duplicating each one.
