hono: Only the Node entry has SDK tests

`hono/test/` has `node/sdk.test.ts` but no `bun/sdk.test.ts`, `deno/sdk.test.ts` or `cloudflare/sdk.test.ts`. All four `init` functions carry the `buildFilteredIntegrations` + `LOW_QUALITY_TRANSACTION_PATTERNS` logic, and the double-init divergence in H1 is exactly the kind of thing a shared test would have caught.

**Work item.** Add one parameterized SDK test that runs against all four entries and asserts: sdk name and packages, `ignoreSpans` merging, Hono removed from defaults, and double-init behavior.

Start with hono/test/node/sdk.test.ts and locate the corresponding init entries for Bun, Deno, and Cloudflare. Add one parameterized SDK test covering the four listed behaviors across all entries, then run the Hono SDK tests. Done means each entry passes the sdk name and packages, ignoreSpans merging, Hono default removal, and double-init assertions.
