Audit SDK for remaining high-cardinality span names

Assuming all other sub tasks are completed, we should check for remaining spans that aren't yet covered by conventions.

Depending on result, we might want to add more rules to conventions and adjust these spans as well. Ignoring is also an option. Really depends on the importance and and how high-cardinality the remaining span names would be
