[v11] Manual testing — greenfield install

Umbrella for v11 greenfield manual tests. Children below. Add more meta SDKs later if needed.

## Why this exists

E2E in `sentry-javascript` only covers our prewired apps + local tarballs + pnpm 9. This campaign checks the **customer path** for SDK v11 alpha (`11.0.0-alpha.1` or newer):

official scaffolder → pnpm 10 → wizard → pin `@sentry/@alpha` → `dev` + `build`/`start` → error and a trace in a real Sentry project.

The wizard still installs v10 until [WIZARD-139](). Related — do not duplicate that ticket. Pin `@alpha` after the wizard and note if it left v10.

## Destination org

A personal **free Developer** org is enough (error + a trace). Paid product features (Seer, extra Replay/profiling quota, dynamic sampling) are out of scope unless we add a follow up.

* Next.js (`@sentry/nextjs`) — `create-next-app`, App Router, Turbopack + webpack
* Nuxt (`@sentry/nuxt`) — `nuxi init`
* SvelteKit (`@sentry/sveltekit`) — `sv create`

## Out of scope for now

Astro, SolidStart, Gatsby, Remix, React Router, TanStack Start, deploys, a pnpm-matrix ticket, NestJS, Vue.
