Benchmark SDK overhead and compare v10/v11

We can likely use Kiln for this subject to some changes. Currently Kiln only has a very simple node + express application, additionally we'd like:

- [ ] to expand the node + express application to use pg/redis so we can see the impact of some of our instrumentations
- [X] be able to compare multiple sdk versions (specifically the latest v10 with the new major to see how overhead changed)
- [X] measure cold start time (optional, probably won't do now)
