tanstack-start: source maps support for server code

### Problem Statement

Following https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/issues/19396 the sourcemaps currently only work for frontend code. Would nice to have support for server code.

### Solution Brainstorm

Do same as you do for frontend code source maps mapping, but for server files
