Description

Since very recently, Cloudflare Workers support `node:http` module, and through that many node frameworks (e.g. Express etc).

We should verify that this works with our Cloudflare SDK:

## Basic `node:http` support

* Outgoing http requests work:
* Trace propagation & breadcrumbs works
* `http.client` spans work
* Basic node server works
* Request isolation works
* Request metadata works
* `http.server` work (without parametrized routes)

## Node-based framework support

Additionally, we should also make sure that all frameworks that we support also work on Cloudflare:

* Express
* Fastify
* Koa
* Connect
* Hapi

All of these should be verified/adjusted so that:

* Error handlers work/are exported for Cloudflare
* Ideally parametrized routes work (TBD - we need to see if this is possible somhow…)

## Docs

Finally we need to make sure that this is reflected in docs.
