Sentry now supports [Logs](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/node/logs/)!

We should add a `nodeBunyanIntegration` that will forward logs from [`node-bunyan`](https://github.com/trentm/node-bunyan) to sentry.

This needs to live in `@sentry/node`
