Detect hydration errors in vue apps and emit the `replay.hydrate-error` breadcrumb

Apparently VueJS can have hydration errors too: https://vuejs.org/guide/scaling-up/ssr.html#hydration-mismatch

We could emit our breadcrumb which would enable production debugging of hydration errors via the existing replay visual diffing.
